Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and the nature of jewellery, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@miponso.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the conditions above.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you require a different item, please place a new order.

Ring Sizing

Rings are made to the size selected at checkout.

We strongly recommend confirming your size before ordering. Miponso is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer. A simple ring sizer can be purchased online if needed. 

Resizing services may be offered at our discretion and may incur an additional cost.
