1. Products
Each piece is produced in small batches or finished to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in finish, texture, and appearance may occur. These are not considered defects.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if production has started.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
4. Production & Shipping
Production times are estimated at 15–20 working days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Miponso is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect delivery information.
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns Policy.
Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable.
6. Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made to order and are final sale.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and products, is the intellectual property of Miponso.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miponso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
